The Single-sided automatic welding machine is specifically designed for cylindrical lithium batteries, widely used in power batteries (such as electric vehicle batteries) and other cylindrical battery packs. This equipment ensures high-quality welding through efficient welding technology, making it an ideal choice for enhancing battery production efficiency.
Features
This equipment is mainly used for single-side and double-spot welding of batteries and nickel-plated steel strips or nickel strips in cylindrical/polymer battery assembly, and ensures that the welding tension between batteries and nickel-plated steel strips or nickel strips is greater than 30N. The spot welding range of the equipment can meet the welding requirements of 18650 batteries with 20 series battery packs and less than 20 series battery packs. The number of welding batteries is determined by the stroke, which can be set by man-machine.

Product Operation
1. Setting the parameters of welding on the touch screen. (The same product only need to be set once)
2. Put the fixture with the battery pack on the quick clamping position.
3. Press the start button, the machine automatically complete all welding actions.
4. The welder sound to prompt operator replacement of new fixture (battery pack).
